Hey, sorry to do this, but... I need to drop my three boys. Life is going downhill and I can't really balance everything properly. Thank you everyone, and I hope to be back later.

Please don’t be sorry, friend!  You shouldn’t ever be sorry for wanting to take care of yourself first.  It’s important that you give yourself the space you need so that you can nurture your emotional and mental needs.  I’m really sorry to hear that things are so terrible for you right now.  I really hope that things get better for you soon.  Thank you so much for playing Blaine, Skye, Snow, and everyone else you’ve had within our group.  You were a blast to have around.  It is my hope that whenever things get better for you (and they will), that you feel the urge to write again.  I hope you think of us and want to rejoin us, too.  Until then, please take care of yourself.  Keep your chin up and take things one day at a time.  Things will get better.

I’m not surprised that you’ve been under the weather; there has been a lot of real-life things that have got us in an kerfuffle, and I can only imagine what is happening in your life, personally, that is adding to this stress.  I’m really sorry to hear that things have been bad for you.  I’ve got your boys on hiatus until December 3rd, so I hope that everything gets better by then.  We’ll see you then.

Tut tut tut, I shake my head at you!  I’m just kidding, friend.  Stress gets to us all, and there’s nobody to blame but that stress.  You’re just the victim here, and unfortunately, dropping Skye was one key factor into restoring balance to your life.  Please don’t be sorry, all right?  You’ve got to do you; that’s the most important thing here.  Just relax and be happy.  Skye is now officially dropped.

Will: Despite enjoying his parties and stuff so much, Will really values and needs a lot of alone time. It gives him a chance to recharge and recollect himself.

Champions in Training || Silver & Skye

Visiting other regions was always an interesting experience. Every new place Silver visited offered unique experiences, things he couldn’t see or find in Johto or Kanto. And the farther he got away from Johto, the more different the regions became. This was true for Sinnoh, and it was again proved true for Hoenn.

He’d come to Hoenn for a few reasons. One, because of the potential for training, two because of new Pokemon, and three, because he had wanted to test out the region’s Pokemon League. Every Pokemon League was a unique experience, and any opportunity Silver had to challenge himself was welcome. Besides, why would he come to a region and not try his hand at the League? It seemed pointless not to.

The traditional first Gym of Hoenn was in Rustboro City, home of the Rock type Gym Leader Roxanne. It most likely wouldn’t be a terribly difficult fight, considering Feraligatr was his main Pokemon for battle. He’d stopped by the PokeMart to buy supplies as a precaution. After all, no one could be overly prepared. As he checked out, another Trainer approached the counter. They were equipped with similar items: potions, a few X items, so on.

Maybe the idea of once again battling competitively for badges had brought his mood up considerably, but Silver felt a little more friendly today than usual. “Are you going to challenge the Gym?” he asked, gesturing towards their items. “I just figure since we’re buying, uh... pretty similar stuff. I was just about to go to the Gym and check it out myself.”
