That's a great question!
They have 3 traditions that they've held onto:
When a cat dies, their family and closest friends will sing a song at their vigil. It can be an already existing song or a made up one, short or long, etc.
When a passed on cat is buried, they are buried with their favourite prey. So that their spirit will never go hungry in StarClan
Before a leader grants an apprentice with their warrior name, the mentor must tell a short story about the apprentices growth- how they overcame something or when they walked their own path with courage, etc.
As a bonus: TrailClan medicine cats have their own little tradition as well! It's medicine cat exclusive, only the leader or sometimes deputy will ever know about it:
Since StarClan tends to only participate through messages and omens, they grant full medicine cats a "boon." When a medicine apprentice is ready to receive their full name, they have to walk a secret path to a hidden location. They will then have to dream in said location, this will be their one direct interference with StarClan as they are assigned one permanent boon: it's not chosen by the cat, it is given based on what the Clan needs.
After that they party lol.
