It is with great sadness that we need to inform you of the passing of our trail leader, Frida. Frida started suffering grand mal seizures in September and recently had one she never came back from. Frida was the sweetest dog we have had the pleasure to know. The poor #cottontail #rabbits in our neighborhood park get terrified every evening we take Frida for a nighttime stroll because Frida is certain it is not an evening walk, but an evening hunt. Don’t worry, as you can see, we impose a strict hunting prohibition on Frida. Poor Frida was diagnosed with entropion (eyelid inversion) in early February and had to have surgery on her eyelids two weeks ago. The good news is the surgery was successful and she had her sutures removed yesterday! All is well now, except she needs to wear her #coneofshame for one more week.
