I just started a new round of a strength class that just began today.Our coach had us create an account inside of this new software (it's in Beta) called Train Heroic. It's a new site/software to that helps you to keep track of all of your workouts. And, as in my case, if your coach has an account set up, you can join a team. If you're on a team, you can simply log in and see the workout you completed that day and then just fill in the boxes for your weights and reps. It's simple.
