Here is the Olympic lift sessions I wrote for our regulars at the weightlifting club who have been missing our sessions and ordered barbells or borrowed them... You can do these movements with a dowel or pvc pipe. If you have no access to equipment, please get in touch and I will happily send through alternative training guidance that can be transferable to your lifting or sport. If you don’t know how to do these, I would highly recommend waiting until lockdown is lifted and get a licensed coach from your national governing body for the sport. Here in England it is British Weightlifting and I am a fully qualified and licensed coach & technical official of the sport. I am also an educator for British Weightlifting who trains up other coaches. It’s an amazing sport and I love coaching and developing those in it.
