Ok, so you’re probably asking: Bro, what the actual stink is a Traineeger? 💀 WELL IM GLAD YOU ASKED >:D 🤣😭 It’s a term I invented! It combines the words “Train” and “Teenager”. A Traineeger, is a humanoid steam engine.

They have humanoid bodies, but they still retain their steam engine look (smoke box, funnel, etc). Their heads are the smoke boxes, and the trunk of the smoke box acts as the neck, connecting them to their bodies. (They also have wheels on the sides of their legs and a coupling rod tail for picking up and pulling stuff- sksksks 🤣)

I’ve had this idea in my head since I was 8, but I was scared of drawing it out cuz I thought it would look weird. But now that I’ve finally made it, it looks sooo much better than I expected! I’m planning on turning this into an AU or possibly it's own thing entirely, and I can’t wait to see where it goes! 😆🚂💫❤️🌟

So yeah! That’s it Ig! Oh and of course, I plan to draw most of the cast as Traineeegers so be on the lookout- 👀🚂💫🤣 ( Tommy and Emily, you’re next! XDDD 🚂💙🚂💚💫🌟)

I waited way too long to post this. 😅 Here’s Traineeger Emily! Finally- 🤣This 17 year old- classy humanoid Stirling Engine knows her stuff! She’s Cheerful and friendly, with an accurate dose of sass, practicality and no nonsense.

Sometimes, her efforts to help others can come off as bossy or snobbish, due to her “tell it like it is” nature, but deep down she’s good hearted and cares about her friends. 🚂💚💎💫

Though she refuses to admit it, she has a thing for James, the cocky, crimson jacket wearing, mixed-traffic Tender Engine teen who started chugga choo wooing at her after things didn’t work out with Rainbow_Railstarr🌈🚂 (my Sona, aka me-XD)

Despite her best efforts to ignore him, his antics and dorky nature have made her soften. Don’t run away with that though! If anyone asks, you didn’t hear it from me. 😏 🤫 🚂💚🚂❤️💫💞

She’s good friends with Molly and Rosie, and Rainbow! (me). I might extend the cast to the others like Rebecca. I’m sure her and Emily would deff be besties. I can already see it- XD

I COOK AGAIN! Here Comes Traineeger Rosie! 😆😭🚂❤️🩷💖🌹💫🌟

ROSIE IS HERE! This sweet bundle of pink and cheer has become one of my favorite female engines from working on this peice! She doesn’t get nearly enough attention in the normal series, so I thought I’d show her some love, and she’ll get even more in my AU! Thanks Rosie, for being such an awesome character! 🚂💗🌹💖💫

Dw- Your gonna be seeing more of her- and a certain blue tank engine teen very soon! Those two are litterally Sonic and Amy- but as trains- 😭 Unfortunately I forgot the wheels on her boots, but it still looks great! And I just love what I did with the background! In my AU she is bubbly, preppy cheerful, loves pink and has a HUGEEE crush on Thomas! XDDD 🚂💙🚂💖🌹🌟 As for her age- I’m thinking I might make her 15 while Tommy is 16, but I feel that’s a bit too young. Idk- I’ll just have to wait and see! 😉👀

Traineeger Mavis lets goooo! XD I'm so glad I finally drew her! I just love the way she turned out, especially her hair! Idk why I decided to give Mavis hair, I just saw her with blonde curls in my head and thought it fit her really well! XD

In my AU, she is 18, and the babysitter of 12-year-old, chaotic saddle tankie twins, Bill and Ben! 🚂🧡🚂🧡💫💙 (Dw, they'll be getting their own post too! XD)

She's fiesty, strong willed, a bit stubborn, and loving and kind. She's also no nonsence and will derail you if you push her too far. 🚃💛💫💖

She also has a thing for a certain Devious Diesel, who I will be showcasing here soon! Keheheh~ 😏🚃🖤💞🤣 *hopeless romantic energy intensifies*

But overall, super happy with this design. Can't wait to draw her more!

Yayyy More flirting choo choo's- XD I haven't seen this ship much in the TTTE fandom at all, so I thought I'd contribute! Here, have some Dougie (Douglas) x Molly fanart!🚂💛🚂🖤💜❤💞 I really like the idea of this ship for my AU. Dougie is the easily flustered feisty purple eyed puffball who will derail you off your branchline if you so much as look at his lass the wrong way, while Molly is the shy, sweet, doting mother type GF who loves spoiling her lad with affection. (She likes to decorate Douglas's funnel with flower crowns XDDD 🚂🌻🚂🌼💛🌟)

I love these two so much and I honestly wish there was more art of them tbh! But I have no problem in supplying most of that art myself- XD I chose Molly because she's honestly one of the lesser know TTTE characters and she's really sweet too! I wish the writers would give her a chance to shine and showcase her in more episodes. Until then however, I'll be in my little corner, doodling courting choo choo's XDDDD 🚂💛🌟💫
