So this week has not been nearly as productive on the training front as last week 😒😒 Had a rest day Sunday and since then have felt really rundown and crappy. So the last few days I have been sleeping and eating most of the time 🙈🙈🙈 Not entirely good things either 🐷🐷🐷 Finally starting to feel a little more human today. Feel a bit on the fluffy side because I have not been training. Hopefully I will be back to it properly Tomorrow.
