Class room training: The most basic and frequently used method to inculcate the skills discussed in the previous section is the class room training. Under this training the employees undergoing the training process, act in a controlled environment. the controlled environment includes affixed number of employees being divided into teams. The teams made are random in structure. The team members are allocated dummy projects, which are similar in style to the live projects used by the company. The team members act in a controlled environment to solve this dummy project. The success of the dummy project is judged on the team collaboration, team co-ordination, and the problem solving techniques applied. It also makes use of leadership qualities of the team members.
