Do you guys want to see short videos of my yoga flows or some lifting? My exercise face is not pretty but, that’s not really the point right? 😂
I did not manage 2 sets yesterday because the jump squats killed me, I need to work on my cardio again ya’ll.
1 set of 25 reps each of:
Calf Lifts Jump Squats High Knees Flutter Kicks Crunches Laying Single Leg Lifts (each leg) Punches
And I did a yoga flow, holding each pose for 30 breaths.
Rag Doll Extended Child’s Pose Cobra (excellent for core!) Bound Angle Seated Forward Bend Wide Angled Forward Bend Reclining Bound Angle Pose Seated Half Twist (both sides) Reclining Half Twist (both sides)
Is there a pose your worried is too difficult or something you’d like me to try? What would you guys like put of my journey? Do you want to see my step count, calories burned, etc? How deep into this rabbit hole do you want to follow?
