[Transcript] A PROPHET'S WARNING - SPOKEN BY THE TRAINMASTER (September, Harvest Moon, 1961)

Trainmaster: There is no perfect man and there is no perfect prophet. There is a selfishness inherent to us all than needs not be removed. What you do or do not desire is your choice. But there is no respect in presenting a path that cannot and will not be followed to those that have heeded you.

Trainmaster: The future will never be defined. It is in shattered pieces that will bleed you when you try to seize them from a fate you are not destined to change. I cannot tell you the words you want to hear. They would not be the truth. I cannot tell you what will happen in two years, because that is not my mural to fix. I cannot stoke the furnace that you will need to pursue a desired image. You must do your own works. I will not seek the pain that you should not endure to melt your shards into something whole.

Trainmaster: We are not meant to see some angles of our reality, and it is not our privilege to seek them out. There will never be a straight path that will not be altered. The variables are not yours to control. You will only twist yourself into a fantasy that will quietly kill you, and would shatter upon a touch. Do not fill what we cannot see with what you do not know.

Trainmaster: The future is not yours.
