You need this: half Kneel KB Press. I separated my shoulder a few months back. This is my second week back on overhead press. The scapula is what stabilizes the shoulder girdle. Ever notice people who look hunchbach and rounded shoulders? Yea, the scap isnt moving sufficiently. I stole this from shoulder king @Ericcressey of Cressey Performance. My shoulder (and subsequently my other movements) are MUCH less painful and better range of motion.
