A little modalteration/plugin I've been working on lately. I put two of the romantic rules back in Hat's G-rated religion and added a new rule for clergy members.

Then I added another plug-in that works with the Teen-pregnancy setup I'm using at the moment and the medieval trait project by @mortia and @cedanyblee, in that a) Sims now follow the newly added religion rules and b) Sims can not start romantic interactions with Sims I deemed to be above their class (e.g. merchants can not start interactions with nobels - nobels can however start interactions with merchants).

It's still in testing phase, but I thought I'd show you a little wip, because I'm very excited about it. The downsides are:

It doesn't work with other romance mod configurations (or even without romance mods, I think), because romance mods and compatibility issues are...a minefield, so I decided to just create a version that works for my own game

It doesn't have much nuance, as I just changed the TEST bhavs, they either can have romance interactions or they don't.

Not sure if this is a downside or if I actually like it that way - doesn't change the attraction. So peasants can still be very attracted to nobels, they just won't act on it. I think ideally I'd like to have an add-on that gives Sims attraction bonuses for being a higher class, but it's a whole other mod.

Some ideas for the TS3 Trait Project for TS2

I apologize in advance if someone else has made some of these suggestions for @hexagonal-bipyramid‘s mod already!

Gatherer:

Faster bug and vacation memento collecting

Higher probability of finding valuable items when digging and hiking

 Able to harvest extra produce from plants

Access to the scavenger and veg out interactions.

Kleptomaniac:

Able to use the pickpocket interaction autonomously and with a higher chance of success

They can swipe objects from community and business lots (perhaps other sims’s homes if using Chris Hatch’s “Visit other sims” mod?)

Somehow they can get items from other sims' inventories.

Night owl:

Motive decay decreases during the night, increases during the day.

Develops skills faster during the night.

More likely to find something interesting with the telescope (stars, planets, flying saucers...)

Daredevil:

Gets positive memories in occasions when most sims would get negative ones, such as seeing fire, getting robbed, seeing ghosts, meeting supernatural sims (or becoming one themselves)

Extinguishes fires faster and without panicking

Can fight burglars

More fun when watching action movies or sports channels

Switches to swimwear outside during winter

Can do the fire dance from BV

More aspiration points for public woohoo

Loner:

Social motive decays much slower

Too many social interactions might decrease, say, comfort and environment

On the other hand, the Loner Sim’s comfort and environment increases whenever they’re alone, or in their bedroom.

Instead of party wants, they get party fears.

They reject the “Gossip” interaction.

Their relationships build up much slower on the daily, but perhaps long terms one take more time to decay?

They aren’t interested in joining secret societies, greek houses, etc

They always shoo the university mascots and the streakers.

Unflirty:

More likely to reject romantic approaches from others.

They have fewer romantic social interactions available to them.

Less likely to cheat on their partner autonomously

Perhaps having the dating panel locked, if possible, so they can’t see what the other sim wants?

No romantic wants.

Great Kisser:

Builds the hidden romance skill faster.

Lowers the requirement of interactions needed to unlock “romantic kiss”, “making out” and “woohoo”

Extra chemistry bolt with anyone who dates them.

The short-term relationship grows faster

The sims who date Great Kissers have crushes on/fall in love faster with them

The kissed sims gain a mood boost right after a kiss.
