Kontrol S8 Officially In Stores

Has all of the hype over the new Traktor S8 been worth it?  The one thing that we are seeing now are all of the first impressions and reviews coming in from the average DJs that intend to play with this thing.  Sure, we have already glossed over the specs ad have seen what the professionals can do with one of these things, but what happens with it in the hands of amateurs seems to be much more important.  First of all, the logical layout is going to be interpreted differently by many different people out there.  A pro might want all of his knobs for one option in a single corner, while a learning beginner might feel that they are better when they are spread out across the board. The one single thing that many can agree on as of now, is that the thing is pretty damn big.  I remember looking at the NS7 online, and then seeing on in the store.  I remember gasping at how large and heavy the thing actually was.  The S8 is probably not something that you want to drag around with you to the club, or perhaps that is exactly why you bought it.   http://www.djtechtools.com/2014/11/02/kontrol-s8-effects-tutorial-free/
