there were bits that made me wince at the beginning...I'm planning on rereading it just to check whether it makes more sense now that I know the whole of his plots and schemes but...it feels like he's written by someone that absolutely adores his character and knows all about him buuuuut isn't pterry, like its more of a caricature of him?
essentially, havelock vetinari is becoming more human and sort of weirdly emotional which is like. no. shut up. stop. that is not vetinari please stop.
on the other hand, he is fUCKING BADASS for reasons I will not divulge because spoilers but. yeah. its weird.
dude your vetinari painting is amazing! i've done one myself (though i haven't uploaded it anywhere) and i really like your version of him. and of course, quality-wise, it's such a stellar work. if you ever finish them, i'd love to see your other vetinari portraits :) I love that bastard :D --Natasa
Oh thank you. You see I had a hard time finding the right kind of modell(s). (If somebody can guess the name of the modell , I will give a virtuall kiss on that clever forehead) But I will finish them up. I am a rather slow painter.

All I can think of has to do with war and/or assassinations, isn’t it sad?So I’ll go with the boring (but peaceful) option of that Eject concert that took place when I was too young to notice, but had some of my favourite bands today (it was White lies people!!! and Editors!!!! - eventhough i read that was not a good live after all, dunno :/ )
