So in this one, we’ve got the triumvirate as Team Free Will, then we’ve got trans!WW!Bones (pre-T), and then we’ve got a random space mermaid siren concept.

imagine Trans Bones giving small seminars based around trans/nb health, like how to use binders properly without hurting yourself, lessening disphoria, or being comfortable with your identity, for people who are looking for advice or resources. Imagine Bones on the five year mission making sure the Trans/NB crewmembers are taking care of themselves, especially on away missions. He gives crewmembers comfy binders designed for away missions.

Imagine Bones holding meetings near once a week with Trans/NB crewmembers in the mess hall or something.

They share snacks, share stories, and just have an amazing time.

Here's and idea, trans man Bones. He wanted to give birth to a kid with his husband and settle down with his doctor job before transitioning, turns out the south isn't as up on the whole social issues as the rest of earth and gets disowned by his family, He fully transitions in starfleet academy and they also pay for his doctor school loans he likes it better in space because even when they find out he's trans they accept him and it turns out he likes being useful out in space

Bones now loves having the opportunity to tell people he’s trans cos he revels in them barely responding and accepting it immediately, no problem. The lack of an issue that his transition causes is so novel and pleasant for him. He hates space, but he finds he suits the mentality out in the black.
