WIP -- Title Pending

Bit of a teaser from this thing I'm working on; Sasuke is an escort who works for the Nara clan. His first Official Client is everything he expected, a fact that excites him to no end.

"A young man exited the car behind her, his expression of annoyance similar to the slightly shorter woman standing ahead of him. “I was bored!” he defended. “It’s not like there’s much to do while on the damn thing!” His dark brown hair was also short and spiky, and he had no less than five piercings on his face; two in his left eyebrow, one in his right, another in the right nostril and the final one on the left side of his bottom lip. Sasuke found the metal decorations enhanced the man’s rugged, handsome face, and he silently wondered if he had any other piercings. That answer came as the man crossed his arms behind his head in a disinterested fashion as the woman continued to yell at him, the action pulling the leather jacket he wore up his torso a few inches to reveal a very muscled abdomen and a belly button piercing. That one shimmered in the light, also bringing attention to the thick line of hair around the indentation that reached down and vanished beneath the waistband of loose-fitting jeans, held at his hips by a belt.

Sasuke held back an excited shiver; his first official client was certainly living up to that “wild” rumor and it tickled the ex-Uchiha’s libido in the exact right way.

“Careful not to drool,” came a gentle teasing whisper from his right.

Sasuke glanced at his benefactor with a smile. “Then don’t let me stare too long at a sexy client,” he replied honestly, eyes again wandering back to the Inuzuka still bickering by the train as their luggage was brought to them.

Shikamaru’s chuckle was warm and he nodded his head toward them before starting to approach. Sasuke followed only a step behind, unable to fully stop himself from further admiring the young man’s body."

Trans!Sasuke Headcanon

Naruto and Sakura didn't discover Sasuke's secret until he was severely injured on a mission having most of his chakra drained. Being raised male he ended up binding his chest and using henge to disguise the fact that he was born Sasuko. Sakura flips out however Naruto remains calm. Naruto is the only person to act the same around him. When Sasuke ends up passing out from binding Naruto teaches him his Reverse Sexy-no-Jutsu as a way to prevent him from permanently damaging his ribs and chest. Naruto doesn't understand why everyone keeps making a big deal over Sasuke's designated gender. People treat Sasuke differently acting as if he was weaker as a female, resulting in serious confusion and anger. Kakashi even begins acting chivalrous around him, hesitating during training to spar with him. Naruto continues to challenge him picking fights more often. Sasuke doesn't understand why Naruto didn't react to the discovery. Tsunade ends up assigning them a mission involving serial kidnappings of teenage girls. She ends up telling Sasuke to sit this mission out as the risk of him being hurt increased (after he was injured she banned him from binding and he hasn't yet built up the stamina to maintain his henge so he now has a more feminine appearance) and she doesn't want to risk losing a valuable aspect to Konoha. Sasuke doesn't put up a fight remaining silent as she explains the mission. However Naruto eventually snaps scolding everyone for acting as if Sasuke was a completely different person. "Sasuke is an Uchiha! He also possesses the sharingan! What difference does it make anyways??? Ba-chan is a girl and no one doubts her strength. Why does his appearance matter? Boy or Girl Sasuke isn't any different and I refuse to go on the mission without him!" After a shouting match and concurrent beating Naruto manages to convince Tsunade to allow Sasuke on the mission. The kidnappers end up being slave dealers, selling the girls out to the highest bidder. Several negative experiences cause Sasuke to suffer a panic attack in the middle of a fight resulting in Naruto getting stabbed (switching into Kyuubi mode going on an anger fused rampage). Of course they complete the mission successfully however Sakura is distressed, ending up venting at Sasuke (insulting him using his gender confusion as a base) surprising him into silence. Upon returning to Konoha Sasuke receives several jeers from drunks causing him to snap and run off. Naruto ends up lecturing Sakura angrily (causing her to cry and plead for him to forgive her) after finding out what happened. He goes off to search for Sasuke. Sasuke had run off to an isolated part of the woods by a lake. Naruto finds him there with a bloody gash across his chest. Immediately reacting grabbing the knife from Sasuke, he panics shouting at Sasuke. Crying he begins praising Sasuke about his body, "You aren't different Sasuke. If you say you're a boy, then that's what you are. Everyone else is wrong so please don't hurt yourself!" They Hug their bond stronger than ever.
