I know that it’s weird being in such a small area, feeling like there’s no one like you up here but trust me... there most likely is. Ps, I may or may not be in the closet when/if we meet. -Daniel

I'm having a lot of feelings and sharing would probably make me feel better but writing seems like a lot of effort at the moment so I apologize if this doesn't make sense.

(Trans feels, possibly trigger warning for stressy trans feels, general stresses, having a cold, trying to make decisions, etc.)

I have a cold.

Relatedly, I have no energy, I'm antisocial, I'm in kind of a grouchy mood, and I can't do anything voice therapy or music related because my throat hurts.

The monthly trans meetup I go to is tonight, but I have a cold and I'm antisocial, but it only happens once a month.

I don't feel like going, but I remember being anxious to go only a week ago because I had things to talk about.

Those things include voice therapy, hormones, bloodwork, coming out, correcting people on my pronouns, passing, etc etc etc. So many trans feels all at once and lots of things that are kind of a big deal.

At the same time, I helped out with organizing last month and now the regular organizer is contacting me with lots of managementy type thoughts and ideas and I really don't want the responsibility right now.

I also might be having some niggling half formed thoughts about using male pronouns in relation to my genderqueer identity and how it's way better than female pronouns but possibly still not a perfect fit, but people are WAAAAY better at saying 'he' than 'they' and I appreciate it a lot, and also male pronouns are still the pronouns I use for my future self in my imagination, so maybe I just don't feel deserving of male pronouns yet for whatever reason.

Also last week I was feeling really bad and guilty about how my transition stuff is affecting my mom. I should probably talk to someone about that.

I've been really moody lately, which could be related to A) stress, B) my natural hormone cycle, C) being sick, D) changing my diet a little, E) all of the above. Possibly I should take it easy on myself.

Okay, I should definitely take it easy on myself. But does that mean going to the trans meetup, or not going to the trans meetup?
