My gf is a Navajo trans woman who needs some community support right now.
Her pre-op is this Friday and I'm trying to help her figure out what to ask when we go so if youre a trans woman with advice, I know she'd appreciate it.
And if you have advice about the healing process, I'd love to hear that too so I can help make sure the healing goes smoothly and she's as comfortable as possible
She also raising money for her transition, right now she's at $1859 out of the total goal of $5000. It will cover bills (since she'll miss work) along with travel, medical expenses like anesthesia, and other post-op necessities like ice packs.
Her first surgery (out of 3) will be at the end of October so I'm trying to help her reach her goal by then! Please help me with this!
