Hey so a generic with the color scheme of TransMutate was in the race in Transformers One. She has the Not Chromia / Road Rocket cogged bot and alt mode shapes (that is based on IDW1 & T30 Chromia) and thus as a motorcycle is likely a homage to Beast Wars Uprising Trans-Mutate!

In the aftermath of the Grand Uprising, the Cybertronian race began to take uncertain steps into the wider galaxy once more. As a result, the Beast Upgrade was introduced to the planet Metascan Omega and its newly-flourishing Dinosaur City. Among those who took on beast forms was Trans-Mutate, who became a synthagnoid, a species of aquatic mechanimal similar to Earth's seahorses or seadragons—an alternate mode that proved very useful as she worked together with Dead-End in establishing a new, semi-aquatic settlement on Metascan Omega. I believe she found a great deal of happiness in her new home, and that spending time beneath the waves in her beast form helped when her environmental sensors became overstimulated. Her brother would even come to visit, on the rare occasions that he desired companionship over solitude; together, synthagnoid and decapodian would wander the seafloor, needing no words to enjoy each others' company.
