Transfig 2013 was honestly the best experience I’ve ever been on. These past 3 days have been absolutely perfect. Every single talk and activity was so inspiring. I was blessed to have such amazing leaders, and such an understanding and accepting small group. Everyone on the retreat became one, big, happy family. We were, and always will be, there for each other. I was able to share the burdens in my heart with my loving small group, and with 3 of the best one-on-ones I’ve ever had. I never thought I’d meet someone else with the same problems as mine. It proved to me that I’m not alone. I can trust in others, and I do have others who care for me and will always be there for me. At the beginning I learned that I was not complete. I was missing a large part of myself. Over the course of the three days, I was able to find this missing piece. I realized I was missing faith and trust. Faith and trust in God. I discovered that even through my toughest times, God will always be there for me. He will help me get through anything. I am now stronger than I was before. I am loved. I am not alone. I am complete.💙
