How to Have a Transformed Mind
Acknowledge every moment of everyday whether good or bad as an opportunity to pray (praise, repent, thanks, prayer requests..) esp. when you don’t feel like it.
Treasure Scripture from the Bible by meditating on them and mentioning them in prayer.
Make a list of Jesus’ qualities that you value, then pray often about desiring to be more like Him. It’s in the Father’s will our character becomes more and more like His Son’s.
Prayer is undervalued because not everyone around you will see exactly how you’re benefitting from it as it’s usually a private activity. Only you will know more often than even the closest people to you that it actually works.
Talking to God often throughout the day should reduce if not eliminate doubts, fear, and anxiety because your meditations (conversations with the Lord) should become more and more positive. Those thoughts contribute to your mindset as your internal dialogue.
Change your mindset, change your perspective. You must change your thoughts first if you desire to see a specific change in your life.
Doing these things won’t make you perfect, but you’ll be a better person overall.
