Cybertronian Frametype Genders (part 6)

Note: I used toy pics since it was the easiest to quickly remove backgrounds from. I will eventually make alt versions with alt-modes seen in the comics/shows/movies if I have the energy to cut out the backgrounds from those.

Satellitegender : A gender connected to having the satellite Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being able to withstand deep space, and send and receive a variety of signals. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Soundwave (Bayverse) and Sunder (IDW).

Seekergender : A gender connected to having the seeker Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being flight-capable and sleek. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker (Any Continuity).

Shuttlegender : A gender connected to having the shuttle Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being flight-capable and rated for deep-space, often able to transport other Cybertronians. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Skyfire/Jetfire (Any Continuity), and Astrotrain (Cyberverse).

Speedstergender : A gender connected to having the speedster Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being very sleek and the fastest of all ground-based Cybertronians. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Drag Strip, Hot Rod/Rodimus, and Blurr (Any Continuity).

Stealthbombgender : A gender connected to having the stealth bomber Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being flight capable and usually equipped with cloaking devices. An example character that may fit this gender includes Megatron (IDW).

I’ve never made pride flags before but I couldn’t find any transformers related genders on the internet so here we are! The colors are picked from the G1 Decepticon and Autobot logos. 

From left to right: 

Genderbot | Gendertronian | Gendercon

- A nonhuman gender relating or connecting in some way to Autobots, Decepticons, or Cybertronians in general from the tv show and toy franchise Transformers.

Boatformergender : A gender connected to having the boatformer Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being sea-fairing. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Seaspray (G1) or Tidal Wave (Armada, IDW).

Botbotgender : A gender connected to having the boatformer Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being an "everyday" Earth object. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Burgertron, Kikmee, or Bonz-Eye (Botbots).

Carrierframegender : A gender connected to having the cassette-carrier Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being able to host a cadre of cassettes / minicons. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Soundwave or Blaster (Any Continuity).

Cassettegender : A gender connected to having the cassette Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being able to turn into a data-storage device intended to dock with a carrierframe. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Frenzy, Laserbeak, or Ravage (Any Continuity).

Cityformergender / Titangender : A gender connected to having the cityformer / titan Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being incredibly large and able to turn into an entire city or city-sized ship to house other Cybertronians. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Metroplex (G1, IDW), Iaconus (Cyberverse), or Trypticon (G1, IDW, Aligned).

Triplechangegender : A gender connected to having the triplechanger Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by having two alt modes that you can change between. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Blitzwing (Any Continuity) and Astrotrain (G1).

Twowheelergender : A gender connected to having the two-wheeler Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being lightweight and possessing any alt mode with only 2 wheels. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Chromia (Cyberverse) and Arcee (TFP).

Minibotgender : A gender connected to having the minibot Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being one of the smallest size classes of cybertronians and with an equally small alt mode. Typically the 'minibot' label is associated with Autobots, but not always. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Swerve, Tailgate (IDW) and Rewind (Any Continuity).

Minicongender : A gender connected to having the minicon Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being one of the smallest size classes of cybertronians and with an equally small alt mode. Typically the 'minicon' label is associated with Decepticons, but not always. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Nickel (IDW), Frenzy, and Rumble (Any Continuity).

Multiframegender : A gender connected to having one consciousness spread across multiple frames, which are usually identical or near-identical. This gender can be modified or added onto i.e. Multiminibotgender. An example character that may fit this gender is Reflector (G1).

Pursuitframegender : A gender connected to having the pursuit frame Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being somewhat boxier than a speedster frame, but on the higher end of speed and agility along with them. Often, but not always, pursuit frame mechs may be part of emergency services. Some example characters that may fit this gender are Prowl (Any Continuity), Red Alert (G1, IDW), and Breakdown (G1).

Rotarygender : A gender connected to having the rotary frame Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being flight-capable but propelled by rotary blades instead of jet engines. Some example characters that may fit this gender are Whirl, Vortex (Any Continuity) and Blades (Rescue Bots).

Labtoolgender : A gender connected to having the lab tool Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being a lab tool that another Cybertronian may be able to use or that you may use yourself, such as a microscope or centrifuge. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Perceptor (Any Continuity) and Quark (IDW).

Lightframegender : A gender connected to having the light frame Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being on the smaller end of the size spectrum, usually taking on smaller vehicle modes such as compact cars. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Bumblebee (G1, IDW) and Cliffjumper (G1).

Mediframegender : A character connected to having the medical frame Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being specialized with tools for various types of medical care. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Ratchet (Any Continuity), First Aid (G1, IDW) and Red Alert (TFA).

Medijetgender : A character connected to having the medical jet Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being specialized with tools for various types of medical care and being flight-capable. An example character that may fit this gender is Pharma (IDW).

Mediuframegender : A character connected to having the medium frame Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being near the middle of the size spectrum, usually taking on decently sized vehicle modes such as SUVs and pickup trucks. Some example characters that may fit this gender include Swindle, Kup (Any Continuity) and Breakdown (TFP).

Cybertronian Frametype Genders (part 3)

Gestaltgender / Combinergender : A gender connected to either being a member of a combiner / gestalt team, or being a combined form, a frametype add-on characterized by being able to combine with a team into a larger form, or being the large combined form of a team. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Menasor, Bruticus, any Stunticon (Any Continuity), and Ambulon (IDW).

Gunformergender : A gender connected to having the gunformer Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being a firearm that another Cybertronian may or may not wield. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Vos (IDW), Shockwave (G1) and Galvatron (G1).

Heavyframegender : A gender connected to having the heavy frame Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being very large and heavy. Common alt modes may be tanks, trucks, trains, or construction equipment. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Tarn (IDW), Mixmaster (G1), Optimus Prime (Any Continuity), and Megatron (IDW, Cyberverse)

Hybridframegender : A gender connected to having a technorganic or "hybrid" frame, fusing elements of the technologic and organic. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Cheetor (Beast Wars), Tarantulas (IDW, Beast Wars), and Blackarachnia (TFA, Beast Wars).

Insecticongender : A gender connected to having an insecticon frametype, a frametype characterized by the distinctive insect alt modes and ability to consume more than just energon. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Shrapnel, Kickback, and Bombshell (Any Continuity).

Deepspacecraftgender : A gender connected to having the deep space shuttlecraft Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being intended mainly for deep space travel and of a distinctly different shape than standard shuttles. This can be used in addition to Shuttlegender if one considers themselves both. An example character that may fit this gender is: Cosmos (Any Continuity)

Dinobotgender : A gender connected to having the dinobot Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by having some sort of dinosaur or prehistoric creature as an alt mode. Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Megatron (Beast Wars), Grimlock, and Swoop (Any Continuity).

Dualframegender: A gender connected to having two distinct frametypes that one transforms into simultaneously, as opposed to a triple-changer who can only change into one at a time. This gender can be used in tandem with genders for the two specific frametypes one holds. An example character that may fit this gender is: Overlord (G1, IDW).

Flightframegender : A gender connected to having the flightframe Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being flight-capable. This is considered an umbrella term and can be further dissected (Seekergender, Rotarygender, Medijetgender etc). Some example characters that may fit this gender include: Chief Justice Tyrest (IDW), Starscream (Any Continuity), Vortex (Any Continuity).

Generatorgender : A gender connected to having the generator or a generator-derived Cybertronian frametype, a frametype characterized by being able to generate one's own electricity. An example character that may fit this gender is: Kaon (IDW).
