According to Encyclopedia Britannica, 'transsexualism' is a condition of the mind, meaning it's not natural, and it's not something medically potent people experience. I don't know if that's your problem, but generally, psychologically healthy people will not experience such states.

How should I start educating the ones in need of enlightenment. In response to my challengers, sex and gender are synonyms, and thus interchangeable. That's like saying 'common' and 'run-of-the-mill' mean different things. The reason 'homosapien' isn't recognized is because that's not how it's even spelled. According to binomial nomenclature, it's Homo sapien. Capitalized and italicized, to be correct. It's also a scientific term, which are not often found on standard browser dictionaries.
