-for short intervals, hold an ice cube in your hand without reaction.
-not for pain, but if you have a casual itch try to go as long as you can without reacting. This is easier through meditation.
-wear more bandaids around your body, it shows that you engage in risky activities and are fine with it.
-wanna knock out exercising and transIDism? growing larger muscles is about micro tears (not to be confused with a muscle tear that can require medical attention) and healing along with adapting to heavier weights. Lift a heavy object and hold it, living with the strain can help you gain a higher pain tolerance. (Make sure to watch your posture)
