vegetable diet

◜its time to eat some leafy greens and carrots, little bunny. they might taste a little rancid to the human tongue, but enough salad dressing and consistence will condition your silly rabbit mind. they're good for you anyway.

heightened awareness

◜youre a prey species, remember to watch your back. dart your head around when you hear a slight noise in the quiet. stare for a while, make sure there are no wolves hunting you.

natural tones

◜wear more natural tones: browns, greens, beige. you need to blend in silly rabbit.

den ideas

◜dried grass can simulate rabbit bedding well- up root it and let it dry out in the sun for a couple of days. should be crunchy enough to lay on.

◜build a den out of whatever comforts you: blankets, hay, pillows. make sure you have an open mat with a bowl of cut vegetables for snack times.

✃make some fake blood or use red food coloring. get it under your fingernails so it stains, making it look like you’ve been out last night catching fresh meat.

✃speak either slow and methodically or nervously like you’re trying to hide something. this can raise suspicion over you and boost your unsettling aura.

✃doodle knives and sharp objects in front of others. doodle maps of buildings or houses and write out your murder and escape plan. Make sure to not use any real names or locations in case these get into the hands of the authorities.

✃emphasize your eyes. Use some eyeshadow to make your eye bags more prominent, giving you a more gaunt and ominous vibe. Like you’ve been staying up for days yearning to plunge that blade into someone..

ᶻz study the country and race’s history, culture, and language.

an expected task. Studying cultures and lifestyles different than yours is important in life anyway. Open your mind. Don’t skimp out on the darker topics either. Colonization of the people is just as important to know about.

ᶻz desire darker skin? get some sunlight

don’t go down the path of colorface, it is severely disrespectful. instead, go for a more natural route. get an hour of sunlight everyday/every sunny day. if you burn easy, invest in some sunscreen. tanning oil can work, but personally I feel it supports a dangerous culture of sun based skin cancer, but I digress.

ᶻz got the funds? take a visit

visit the country and get a first hand experience of the people and the country. Words on the internet and books can only do so much. Practice speaking Tagalog with the natives.

ᶻz broke as a fly? Watch Filipino YouTubers, documentaries, and shows.

Not everyone has the spare cash to hop over to another mass of land unfortunately, so try to hunt down some medias based around Filipinos. I recommend Domics if you are interested in animation story times, a native Filipino who moved to America and then Canada in his youth.

This depends on what age range you are going for speech wise, but in general:

TH (they, there, those) → D (dey, dere, dose)

“They took those over there!” turns to “Dey took dose ova’ dere!”

ER (never, runner) → A / UH sound (neva’, runna’)

“I could never be a runner.” → “I could neva’ be a runna’”

Add on some 

Babbling

Nonsense words 

Using words incorrectly (“this is so pumpernickel >:(“

Using cutified versions of swears (or dont swear at all)

Could you do trans character tips? If you need a specific character, I'm kinda going for Nikolai Gogol or Fyodor Dostoevsky from Bungo Stray Dogs

Some transCharacter tips from me to you. I have gotten a couple of these actually. terribly sorry if they're the same things other people tell you to do, there's not much else i can think of.

Presentation is the Game.

Clothing, hair style, hair color, shoes, make up, all of it is important to feelings and looking as such.

You don't need to go to the higher prices for this. Just dress how you feel the character would. (easy if you're plural)

The closer you dress to canon, the more likely you are to get complimented on looking like them.

Mannerisms

This technically falls under presentation. You can act completely like how said character is in source if you would like to, but I recommend picking some more subtle traits- like drinking the same tea as the character or standing off hands in pocket like they do.

-big sister's usually take on chores and other responsibilities. bring your friends' / family's dishes to the sink when they are done with them, ask to wash their clothes, and be generally friendly about it

-older siblings are usually more understanding of the mistakes their younger siblings / younger peers make. keep an open mind to genuine mistakes and opportunities for growth.

-older siblings may seem bossy but they often speak from wisdom and their own mistakes. if someone is doing something and you can see the outcome being a mess, politely let them know of that outcome and give a personal example
