In other news, transition is going well, so here's some tips for my transincontinent folks!
Don't drink excessive amounts, as much as it may seem like it'd help, I've actually wound up feeling overall worse when I've had too much water.
Do excessively long holds; these weaken your bladder considerably especially in the first day or days after the hold.
Drink lots of caffeine! Caffeine is a natural diuretic after all.
If you can get diuretics, do it!! They help so much.
If ur not in a situation where you're safe to use bladder leak underwear/similar to protect your clothes while you transition, period pads work just as well!
