Trans Update #3
So, the last week emotionally hasn't been super duper strong for me. But there is a lot to share.
I started my work out plan for the next eight weeks which I will list right here: it's a two day split.
Push and Pull Strength Training
Pull Workout
1. Deadlifts :3 Progressively Heavier Sets
4-6 reps
Tip: Try alternative grip with one hand to the side and one hand
2. Lat. pull down:1-2 warm-up sets
3 working sets of 6-8 reps
wide or close grip
3. Shrugs: 1-2 warm-up sets
3 Working Sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbbells or barbells
4. Bicep Curls: 1-2 Warm-Up sets
2 Working Sets of 8-12 Sets
Push Workout
1. Squats: 1-2 Warm-Up Sets
3 Working Sets of 6-8 reps
Dumbbells or barbells
2.Bench Press:1-2 Warm-Up Set
3 Working Sets of 6-8 reps
3. Shoulder Press: 1-2 Warm Up Sets
3 Working Sets of 8-10 reps

I also do cardio. It's really your choice what type of cardio you do. Personally, I do the bike, eliptical, running, and rowing. Interval cardio is really the way to go.
Working out boosts my mood and self confidence greatly; got to love those endorphins. Exercising is just the best way to really get the shape you want.
I started taking DHEA blockers from GNC. A small bottle cost me $11, not too bad at all. It basically just blocks estrogen, a lot of cis men who lift weights take this to get better results. I did a lot of research and couldn't find any side effects that scared me. However, this is not FDA approved or recommended for people under 18- so use at your own discretion. Other pre-t dude saw some changes with it- I'm hoping it ties me over until that September 3rd evaluation. After that I will be a man with a plan and a prescription!
Personal transition wise, my maternal grandmother now knows I'm trans. She used my bathroom one night and saw my stp, but laughed it off and was cool with it. My life is awkward, what else is new? I also used a urinal for the first time at a local Mexican resteraunt. Went very successfully, but I was a bit spooked when a dude started to use the one next to me- sooo my stay was cut a bit short. It was still great to have the privilege of peeing.
