FE7 Novel Translation Note

Putting this under a cut for FE7 spoilers. ...Not really spoilers I don't think, but why risk it when all I'm doing is adding one extra click.

I'm reading the point in the novel now where Nino is fully introduced, and though I had my suspicions from the 2nd book's character introductions, I've confirmed something for sure now.

The author of the novels was not aware that Nino was adopted by Sonia, and refers to her as Sonia's birth daughter. I'm going to translate each reference to their relationship to either be ambiguous, or direct in saying that Nino was adopted if I have to.

It is possible that the writer did this on purpose, but... it's much more likely that even he himself didn't read the entire script and remember every detail in an FE game.

Since it doesn't seem like an intentional creative change to the canon on the writer's part, I'm going to stick to the canon to avoid confusion, and leave this T/N note out there for proper reference.

Translation fix: Slow Damage CH1

Hello everyone! I have made an adjustment to one of the pages to the first chapter of the Slow Damage manga! The link has been updated on the original post, but in case you don’t want to find that here is the updated link.

On page 22, Towa actually mentions when he questions his father’s status (of being possibly dead), he doesn’t know because he was an illegitimate child, meaning his parents were not married or most likely a “love child”.

It is interesting that this is pointed out so early... Perhaps this is something pretty relevant to the plot? I’m interested to find out~

Slow Damage Demo - 100% Translation Completion!

I am proud to announce we have completed translating the Slow Damage demo from start to finish! I will now start the process of editing the videos and try my best to get it out as soon as possible.

We're about 60% done with the translation of the Slow Damage demo! Thank you all for being patient while we work hard on translating this as best and coherent as we can. 

 Translating to 100% we try to have done by tomorrow. All that's left then is editing the video and posting!
