So it turns out there's actually a flag/term for this already which was coined by the same person, along with some other matching terms and flags! (FANDOM user BlueJayDragon2000)
In order these are Transandrofem, Transgenderless, Transoutherinefem, and Transoutherinemasc. (Not including Transandromasc since it's what you linked)
