stupid puppy is transid to cope :(

i have been degenerating (?) for while now, getting worse and worse. typing hard using helper to type now. autism mostly, skill loss/regression, losing ability

can't cook, can't work, currently supported by friend who quickly getting no money. need other people do lot of things for me. can't drive. don't brush teeth, don't do laundry without help, rarely make own food fully on own unless microwave

so, transid to be Even Worse to cope with possibility of it happening. probability . trans full time aac to cope maybe losing ability to speech. trans severity for to cope autism skill loss and unabilty to mask . trans neet to cope no school, no job etc

transid give comfort that progressive disability not something to dread. can be happy. can be desirable.

as cisautistic , cisdisabled , hope every transabled has good day!

1) Make the change gradually. If you start doing everything all at once, people are more likely to accuse you of faking it.

2) Drink less water. Hydration is what keeps the human body well oiled. For just about anything that you want to make worse, dehydration (even half) will absolutely make a difference.

3) Decrease the amount of sleep you get. Just like water, sleep is vitally important to keeping the body and mind running. Just a couple of things that decreasing your sleep will do is: increase brain fog and dissociation, increase anxiety, decrease your window of tolerance, increase dizziness, increase pain levels, and increase neurological somatic symptoms such as tics, tremors, and certain types of seizures, ect.

4) Describe your symptoms accurately, but non-professionally. For example, instead of saying "I've been dissociating a lot lately", say things like "I feel like my brain is floating above my body" or "I'm not me anymore. I look in the mirror and even though I know logically that I'm looking at myself, I don't feel any kind of connection or sense of identity." or "It feels like borrowing a sweater. Like, I'm wearing the sweater, but it's not mine."

5) Stop masking. If you already have these things, then you already have symptoms. Stop pretending that you don't. It'll be hard, but when you let yourself be visibly disordered, it gets harder for people to deny that you're struggling.

6) Lean into hyper and/or hypo-vigilence, especially for non-physical conditions.

try to avoid talking as much as you can, higher support needs autistic people tend to be semi or nonverbal

if its available, you can use a phone or a tablet as an aac device to communicate! i recommend the app “weave chat” as it’s completely free and super customizable and even has a white board!!

keep headphones on you at all times if you have them, or even plug your ears when noises get too loud

wear basic and comfortable clothing; sensory issues are super common in autistic folks and hsn autism especially

im low-mid support needs so i don’t know everything… but i hope this is something!!

i've seen people doing this so i wanted to try!

the first is what we are bodily. most of us relate to this one. we're level one for support needs.

the second one is what i (☕️) am (trans less severity). im not null autistic, but i feel that it should impact me less, especially in social scenarios. i feel like i should be able to be charming and popular, even if i dont understand some social cues. i think 🍊 is the only one who's null autism?

the third one is what 🪳 is. it is trans more severe autism, as you can see. the life skills part was kinda hard cause i think it would live out in the woods, yknow, being an animal and all. but then, an eel or a fly would definitely need help doing taxes and conforming to human social standards, lol. i think 🪳's id is probably influenced by its species.
