Haiiiii i want tips on how to be more transtoddler :) sometimes i can forget to regress down enough and get all grumpy so tips on how to keep daily life feeling young and small wld be really nice !!!
I hope this is helpful kiddo! 🌷🥞🎁🧸
• try to stay off the internet/"adult" spaces online (not just inappropriate for children but also discourse, advanced concepts, things you don't have to worry about). to interrupt "doomscrolling" or just feeling stuck on your phone/social media, set timers or screen time limits! for example every 15-30 minutes, switch activities/apps on your phone, switch from social media to a phone game, or spend time doing something physical. having a show on in the background while you play or make something can make you feel more stimulated without causing screen fatigue!
• if you are able, have friends, mutuals, family or your partner treat you as your age and even gently "remind" you of your age if you're getting grouchy
• a big part of toddlers lives are out of their control, and having structure and specific things you do can help your brain remember who you are and that you don't have adult expectations for how to act by removing the expectation to decide what to do. if you have a caregiver they can help you arrange your time and space to best suit you!
• having a schedule! this helps you grow and learn and also stick to things that make sense for you. here's an example to get you started:
8am: wake up, brush teeth, take meds, change clothes
9am: eat breakfast!
10am: structured activity! make a craft or art piece, play with toys, make up a story and tell it to your stuffies, etc!
11am: play outside!
12am: lunch!
1pm: research and learn something new based on your interests!
2-4pm: nap time! it's important to take naps, it helps your brain remember things and recover!
5pm: watch a movie or a few episodes of a show!
6pm: dinner time:)
7pm: nighttime routine! brush teeth and wash face, put on pjs, get comfy!
8pm: bedtime:)
• food ideas! cutting food into tiny pieces so you don't choke, applesauce, rice or corn puffs, spaghetti-o's, mini raviolis, and star noodles, rice, mashed potatoes, sandwiches cut into pieces, cheese, lunch meat and crackers, cookies, fruit pieces, grapes and berries, juice, ice cream, steamed broccoli, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese. having someone else prepare your food or meal prep for you can be helpful! you can also watch parent vlogs or tiktoks to see what they're feeding their toddler and copy that!
• keep plenty of pacis, teethers, and toys around, even when you go out, to stim with and regress
• watch media made for young kids, both movies/shows and also games, social media accounts, youtube channels, etc! if you find yourself getting frustrated or overwhelmed on social media check in on your favorite regressors, toy reviewers, artists, etc and use that as a jumping off point into another activity
Tip: if you have triggers or things that upset you and make you feel older than you are, be very generous with blocking tags and people. if you want to see it for whatever reason you can always seek it out specifically, but it helps avoid getting randomly upset and throwing off your whole day. remember that you are not an adult, you don't have to engage with things like discourse, sex, and politics, and it does not make you a bad person to hide those things from yourself!
stimboard based off of kid !!!!! will

Hey! This may seem a little complicated but bare with me please? Could you make a flag for those whos identity as a transbaby/transtoddler is tied to feeling like a yandere and needing to be weak, pathetic, for their favorite person
But if possible could there also be an alternate version for feeling like they should be small, pathetic, and hurt by their favorite person?
Generating flags … please wait

A Transtoddler term in which someone’s Toddler identity is connected to being a Yandere , and the need to be weak and pathetic for their favorite person .
