As an admirer of Belgian beer styles, I have longed for a brewery in Ontario to brew beers of Belgian styles. @newlimburgbrewery In Simcoe, Ontario does exactly that. Their Dubbel is an approachable Trappist style ale with Belgian candi sugar, plums, molasses and that familiar Belgian yeast; a medium bodied ale that satisfies the palate.
