Venni had a little corner to himself, wind broken by tents as he bent over various items and surrounded by papers. They were traveling back to Skyhold but already they were putting him to work and he didn’t mind that. Each item he reached for, the memories he touched were then played out onto the papers for the Nightingale and her people to pick over. He was a little chilly and wished the tents were up fully already so he could go inside.
“You look really cute in that sweater.”
“Oh?” The compliment caught him off guard coming from Mirae. Adahlaras smirked, hands fumbling with the collar. “Well, uhm, thank you. I’m glad someone thinks it looks nice; Naelaryn said I looked like a stuffy, 45 year old man...”

“Shit that isn’t - FUCK.” The magic flame hovering over his hand heated the plastic spoon until it broke, the hot, melted plastic falling straight into his hands - immediately searing his flesh. He stared in shock for a solid minute before he screamed.

Hand rising up to clap over it in confusion, he wasn’t sure what to make of the bow found there and turned to look only to see the Inquisitor standing there. “A..a bow?”
