I wasn't there, but my roommate was. Anywho, he was walking his girlfriend back to her dorm when he witnessed a bunch of the baseball boys outside the freshmen girls dorm. They were catcalling and just generally being jerks with their gross comments to the women who walked by. My roommate was pissed. He emailed the dean of men and told him all about it. The dean of men said that he'd handle it… Well, literally nothing happened to the douche bag baseball boys… Needless to say, rules don't apply to bruin athletes… Guess if you want to break the rules, be good at playing games with balls while wearing tight clothes e My now fiancee said that women are just used to it. Women shouldn't have to be used to it…

This might happen at a secular school, but BJU?

BJU is NOT safe!

This is from first-hand experience!

Hey ladies! Though I would hope that you've decided to transfer to a college that is mentally more healthy and safer for women… But I understand that sometimes we're forced to go places we don't always want to be at. This is my warning to all you ladies, there ARE still rapist and boys who have sexually assaulted girls on and off of the bju campus. because of the rules that bju forces, girls are unable to speak up about the sexual assault and rape that they've been through, so there are boys still walking around campus who haven't been disciplined or thrown in jail for their actions. My warning to you ladies is please be very VERY careful! There are boys on that bju campus who might seem sweet but they are manipulative and try to get you places and take you to areas (even on campus) to hurt you. You are unsafe there! Please do your research behind every boy that you like/fall in love with, no matter how nice or sweetie is! Please be careful ladies!

Don't you love it when they run to the "You're not a Christian because you don't follow our impossible rules" nonsense?

My girlfriend went to BJU and having gone their myself I knew their rules and she didn't want to get in trouble so we followed them for the most part. She would come over to my brothers apartment who is an alumni and we would always have our third wheel. One of my roommate was a TA at the time. One day he came back as we were watching a BJU approved movie while our third wheel was in the bathroom. As he was walking in the door my girlfriend tripped as she was getting off the couch to get a drink. He kinda looked at us didn't think anything of it.

Took her and her friend back to campus. Two day later she gets called into the dorm sup's room and was told that it had been reported that she was at my place with no chaperone and we were making out on the couch all day. First that's not true and second that had to come from someone who has never made out because chapped lips ain't no joke. Well she denies it and so does that third wheel. They then say we don't believe you and you are lying. They then proceed to tell her that I am not a Christian because i don't follow BJU's rules even though I don't go to school there. Tell her she should break up with me so as to not be unequally yoked.

Even the alumni tattle. Of course, we know this from this case as well.

I got kicked out the last day of the semester. I tried to climb on the roof a building waaay off campus with a few friends. An alumni saw us and decided to both call the cops and take a picture of us and report us on campus. We were all asked not to come back. Later we climbed the bju gym cuz we had a friend on security!

Demerits? For braiding hair?

First I was a science major spent most of my time there. While waiting for a class one of my friends asked if I could braid her hair and I said no as I didn't want to get demerits. One of the science teacher ask why would you get demerits hair is just dead's cells so you aren't even touching her. We laugh and I started to braid and then an RA walks by and gives us both demerits

It was my friend she was assaulted and I was the one who found her unconscious and shirtless with the guy in the science building. I yelled and screamed/cursed at the guy to get out he tried to hit me but I looked at him and he stormed out. She woke up crying and begging me to help her, she doesn't remember it. She ended up getting kicked out and the boy didn't get kicked out until the next semester. I found it so wrong of student life to do that. They should have helped her. I yelled at the dean of women and a dorm sup because they we're not doing anything. The main thing they told me after I yelled at them in that meeting is that I shouldn't have swore at the guy.

It's always the messenger at BJU. Never the perp.

Can you imagine? This is very, very bad.

I actually know who this boy is, and he is a student at bju…if you dm me l'll give you his name so you can be aware of him. I was wearing totally modest clothing in the den while playing ping pong but since I was moving really fast and bending over my lose shirt would slide up a little a show my belly. A guy sitting in the back of the game room in the den watching us starting taking pictures of me anytime my belly was exposed, it was super creepy. He never approached me to even say "hey you should be careful because your shirt is exposing your belly while you move" instead he took pictures of me and sent them to my dorm supervisor. I ended up receiving a kinda rude email from my dorm supervisor an hour later saying that she was disappointed in me for wearing that shirt.

It's not just that he was taking pictures. And it's not just that he sent the pictures to her dorm supe.

It's that her dorm supe scolded the female student for being the object of the creeper instead of scolding the creeper.

That's bad.

Once i was riding back in from church with my boyfriend and a few of our other friends, and my boyfriend had a migraine. without thinking, i reached over and touched the back of his head, and apparently his dorm supervisor as in the car behind us. he waited several weeks to bring it up, but i ended up getting 25 demerits for it. and, my dorm supervisor told me that i had committed immoral acts and was violating our purity. then, she accused us of having sex and said she couldn't trust me anymore.

There's nothing that's not weird about this.
