Here's a quick little styler on how to make a look last from day to night. I had a busy day last saturday and didn't have time to change in between a day time fashion show, a Indiana Fever basketball game, and a girl's night out. The object of my affection belonged to my bleached, blue jean cutoffs! I absolutely LOVE them--they go with everything, and I wanted to wear them all day!
So here's how it went down:
First stop was a family-friendly fashion show. Didn't want to do too much; salmon colored star cut-out top with jade green contrast belt, natural colored sandals, and I'm good to go! I wanted a chic look but not over the top, fashionable and friendly.
My mom and I went to the Indiana Fever game, I opted for a color block blouse and white chuckies! I was comfy and sporty, just in case I needed to suit up real quick! Oh, and still fashionable!
I had to keep my night going, I had been dying to wear a pair of my black suspender tights! I wore my black TallSWAG 'Stop Staring At Me' tank, with my cutout wooden booties. LOVE!!!
I do this often, i just like to play in my clothes. Silly me! In your case, maybe you're on vacay, or short on time? You can easily make the most out of your focus piece. You can even create transitional looks for your work clothes. Feel free to ASK!
