Trashgender A xenogender for those who feel connected to trash & those who hoard gender in a messy collection similar to a dumpster or trash bag full. A reclamation for those of us who have been treated like trash for being trans, especially the 'gender freaks' who have been called the scum of the trans community.

Personally I see my gender hoard as a messy stash of collected little bits and bobs, rather than an organized collection. One might say I am hoarding, but I find joy in it, and don't see the need to pack everything away in boxes when I can have it all out to see and play with.

I made a flag for Trashgender, as I have an NB oc who goes by They/Them and Trash/Trashself. OC in question is my ghost Piper Bahn. I just thought trashself seemed good bc they liked to take trash and make them into new things. They like garbage bc just bc its not useful to someone doesn't mean its not useful to someone else, and apply that to themselves.

Color Meanings

Green means the grime and decay, but also the nutrients that comes from the degradable material, allowing for new growth

Gray meaning the steel trash cans, but also the reflection of a new future that can come from reusing materials

White meaning discarded paper, and that even the dirtiest of paper can become new again

Pink meaning the sympathy that can come from digging through trash. Sometimes you can learn a lot about a person through their garbage

And Purple meaning creativity, since a lot of things can be made from scraps and trash!
