hmm... i don’t always know what to say about him but i’ve been thinking lately about some things so here’s like, a small random assortment of hawke info ?!

he hates himself (im just projecting in this specific case but... he really does)

he’s best friends with isabela i think.... not that he’s not pretty decent friends with most of his companions but they have like this unspoken mutual understanding of Things that they never intend to discuss with others but somehow seem to innately know about each other. and they really, like, accept each other w/o judgement even though hawke’s motivations are often quite different from isabela’s

as a kid he was never great with healing magic but as bethany learned more stuff she taught him some tips and he’s actually like... halfways competent now

he’s just really nice even though he pretends to be flippant and a bit of a jerk :/
