Formed at the end of 2014 in the city of Toruń the group began to play live concerts by the end of 2015. In 2017 they released their debut EP "Get Your Own". Their release had very good feedback in their home country and beyond. Physical copies of "Get Your Own" were sent to Japan, the USA, Germany and more. Thanks to big amount of positive reviews, EXIST could play live concerts on bigger stages with Thermit, Deathinition, Cauldron (Canada), Lefutray (Chile), Savior and Tassack.
By the end of 2020, the group entered the studio and recorded their first album "In The Void We Last". The album was released digitally in 2021. In March 2024 the band was chosen for the final show at Road To Mystic – the competition held by the promoters of Mystic Festival. Exist digitally released 2nd studio album - Frog Bomb in May 2024. They are shopping for a label right now.
