(Added your amendment so it makes sense). Funny you should mention that actually! My grandmother has a recipe that we only ever cook at Murch because it just doesn't work when we try and replicate it in Melbourne, like ever. And all it is basically dough blobs that you make in the morning and then leave to rise for an hour and a half or so. Then you just shallow fry it in oil and it all puffs up. It's actually the best thing. I'll make it next Murch trip!
