This boy needs to learn how to pass his wisdom saves.
Got a wild hair and sketched up a big moment from my d&d campaign, when he shook off a vampire's charm and debuted Animate Objects.

Happy birthday @enourmo!! It ya trashboy, Traxen!
yeen @ghostlyghoulsy
For Traxen: 3, 10, 21, 28, 29, 32, 40, 61, and 76! :D
3. What is their biggest motivator? Honestly? Finding a place he feels comfortable. He’s sort of grown up backpacking around the countryside, finding odd jobs and shelter wherever he can, but never found anywhere he felt safe sticking around for very long.
Also, finding more sick shades.
10. What is their favorite food/kind of food? Whatever he can get his hands on. He’s had to hunt/gather for a lot of his life, so any kind of civilized/farm-raised food is a valuable luxury.
21. Favorite kind of weather? Cool, dry and clear.
28. Are they happy where they are currently? Weeellllll... a whole town is being displaced due to plague (he’s a fan of “let things be” so seeing forced change is rather unpleasant), plus he’s learned something he thought was buried is in fact still around for him to deal with at some point, so.... he’s been better, I guess.
29. Are they a morning person? Not really, but seeing the sunrise can be calming at times.
32. Pet peeves? People who appeal to tradition rather than deal with situations on a case-by-case basis. “Well, we’ve always done it this way!” tends to set him off a bit.
40. Do they have any scars? I don’t know that he has any real notable ones; with living a century in the wild with little proper medical care for minor cuts, though, he’s probably accumulated a few.
61. When bored, how do they pass time? I think woodcarving. Nothing major like a Magnus Burnsides, just whittling lumps of wood here and there with a knife. He’s recently learned transmutation, so that may lead to some interesting opportunities.
76. Are they good at cooking? He’s not a chef, doesn’t really have access to fancy ingredients nor time to practice it as an art. That said, he’s gotten pretty good at cooking his staples; cooking grits, rice, oatmeal and such just right, preparing wild animals so they don’t taste too gamey, that sort of thing.
All the 30s and 90s for ya elf boi!
30. Sunrise or sunset? Sunset.
31. Are they more messy or more organized? It would look messy to others, but it’s the sort of thing where he knows where everything is.
32. Pet peeves? Previously answered: People who appeal to tradition rather than deal with situations on a case-by-case basis. “Well, we’ve always done it this way!” tends to set him off a bit.
33. Do they own any objects of significant personal importance? His OG wizarding staff. He made it himself, and [ERROR: You have not yet purchased the Traxen Backstory DLC!]
34. Least favorite food? He’s probably pretty sick of rat/squirrel/rodent meat in general.
35. Least favorite color? Purple
36. Least favorite smell? Rotting flesh
37. When was the last time they cried? Previously answered: I think he’s mostly aloof about the things that upset him, but a couple times a year he’ll have bad days and kinda just cry it out. I think the last time was a while before the events of the game.
38. Were they with anybody the last time they cried? Nope. He’s a perpetual loner
39. Tell us about one of the times they got injured? He once got in a minor scrap with a roaming thief. He scared him off, but not before getting a fairly deep cut along his left forearm. It’s mostly healed over, not much of a scar, but the muscle aches from time to time.
90. Do they consider themselves attractive? Yep! He’s got a bit of an arrogant streak regarding his wizard skillz, I think that extends to other things, including his looks.
91. What is their sense of humor like? As we’ve seen, absolute memelord, lots of puns.
92. What mood are they most often in? Aloof
93. What kinds of things anger them? People getting their lives disrupted unnecessarily.
94. Outlook on life? “Leave people to themselves and try not to be a prick, and things will work themselves out. Don’t push your will on others.”
95. What kind of things make them sad/depressed? Thinking of home.
96. What is their greatest weakness? He’s not great at dealing with negative feelings. He’d rather pretend everything’s fine, and kinda bottles stuff up inside.
97. What is the greatest strength? He’s a pretty competent wizard, and it’s mostly come through self learning and meditation/study.
98. Something that they regret? Well, he [ERROR: You have not yet purchased the Traxen Backstory DLC!]
99. Biggest accomplishment? I think taking down some Cursed Oaks early in our adventure? It was a group effort with much NPC assistance, but I think that’s probably that closest he’s ever come to death, and probably the most scared he’s ever been.Well, excluding magical Fear effects, of course.
Numbers ending in 7 for Traxen please?
7. Which of their relationships have impacted them most positively? Probably the whole dynamic with the Chuck Wagon. It’s been a hectic 4 days (can’t believe it’s still that short, so much has happened) but having a large group of people who aren’t looking to take advantage of him, and seem to be reliable friends, is kind of a new thing for him to experience.
17. What are they like when they’re drunk? Definitely the friendly partier type (as we saw in some of the early sessions). Very carefree, but still tries to be decent and not ruin other peoples’ time.
27. Hair color? Naturally a light brown, but at least in the old days he bleached the hair on his head. We’ll see if he can keep that up in the game. His sideburns are still natural, though.
37. When was the last time they cried? Previously answered: I think he’s mostly aloof about the things that upset him, but a couple times a year he’ll have bad days and kinda just cry it out. I think the last time was a while before the events of the game.
47. Are they romantically interested in anyone? I think he’s had flings here and there but no serious interest ever, and nothing really going on at the moment.
57. What D&D alignment are they? True Neutral nominally, though I think leaning towards Neutral Good. He tries to avoid giving a fuck, but sometimes he just can’t help himself.
67. What is their sexuality? I think so far he’s heterosexual; whether that’s conclusive or just because he’s never considered other possibilities remains to be seen. (this is not a sly thing, I honestly haven’t contemplated the romantic/sexual side of his character all that deeply)
77. Favorite insult? Do they insult people often? I think “lich bitch” is his favorite now. He insults people in fights, but tends not to care enough in personal interactions to really bother.
87. What is their age? 175 years biologically, plus however long he was stone-form in the basilisk cave (roughly 400 years).
97. What is the greatest strength? As answered previously: “He’s a pretty competent wizard, and it’s mostly come through self learning and meditation/study.” He’s definitely a very independent person, he’s gotten along with little to no help for much of his life.
Numbers ending in 2 for the Traxen
Totally thought I answered these the other day but here we go!
2. What is their voice like? Kinda low, very laid back. He speaks with a very earthy, down-to-earth sort of British accent; the closest inspiration to what’s in my head (and how I speak as him in D&D) is the Birmingham/Brummie accent. Think Ozzy Osbourne with a clearer head.12. How do they like to dress? Very simple, sort of medieval-peasant-y clothing; loose shirt, simple cloth pants, boots, etc. He does have a sort of cloak, wears a bright green bowler hat. His signature accessory, of course, is the loudest, craziest sunglasses he can get his hands on.22. Favorite color? Green32. Pet peeves? Previously answered:People who appeal to tradition rather than deal with situations on a case-by-case basis. “Well, we’ve always done it this way!” tends to set him off a bit. 42. Do they have any bad habits? Definitely lives the herbal life as a way of avoiding dealing with Things.52. Do they have any family? Yes. He had an older sister; factoring in the statue times she’d probably be about 600 years old by now. With the whole Conclave tearing the world up deal, he’s got no idea if she’s even still alive. Even before being stoned for ~400 years he hadn’t seen her for over a century, because Reasons.62. Do they enjoy being outside? Yeah. As challenging as wandering the countryside and surviving out in the wild can be, at the end of the day he’s a wood elf. The forests and such feel like home to him.72. Are they allergic to anything? Nope!82. Do they exercise regularly? Strength of 10 says no. Maybe a bit of cardio from hoofing it everywhere.92. What mood are they most often in? Aloof, is the best way I can still think of to describe it
There He Is!
