First full day of Invisalign. I’m dramatic. But it does kind of suck. Even when I take them out to eat I have the attachments on my teeth. I had a 10 hour work day. I woke up, took them out to soak while i showered. Then I ended up eating/brushing my teeth/getting ready. 30 minutes out. I took them out for maybe 20 minutes at work. Ate, brushed my teeth. When I put them back in, it seemed 10x more uncomfortable. I went to Walmart on my break and bought peroxyl mouth wash and dental wax. I put the wax on the hooks where the rubber bands go (only need them at night). It helped my cheeks, they kept getting caught in the hooks? (Fucking owe)..As I went to take them out tonight for dinner the hook on the right came out with the wax🤦🏻‍♀️. So probably dentist tomorrow. Suppose to keep them in for 22 hours and I think I achieved that today🙌🏼. My tongue is allllllllllllllll cut up but here’s to hoping I get used to this ASAP and the mouth “sores” go away.😭
