25: What part of writing is the most fun?

I just love those scenes I’ve been looking forward to write, and you finally get there and you suddenly can’t type as fast as the words want to come. Usually those are scenes that are really intense on emotions, or a twist/resolution that the story has been building up to.

Also really great, as someone who doesn’t really plan all that much, is writing and then suddenly getting the metaphorical light-bulb of a fantastic idea for later on that makes you really excited or cackle madly.

Not really writing itself, but equally great is finally looking at the finished story, something perfectly tailored to my tastes, and thinking ‘I did this!’
