Recently I’ve been using our treadmill at home lots more than usual. It’s been really frustrating how slow my Garmin has been telling me I’ve been running on it. So today I decided to check the accuracy of the treadmill. All that was needed was a visible sticky tape, a measuring tape and a timer. And surprise surprise, the treadmill that has not been calibrated in years is totally accurate!!!!
