I'm about to embark on a 2 year trial of EPIC to help discover the long term benefits or downsides of a prolonged use of PReP. For those who don't know, PReP is taken usually by #gay men to prevent them from attracting/passing on HIV to their partners whether they are casual or regular when having unprotected sex.
