Highest quality tree pit!
plant all the flowers
The city I live in has a program where they allow you to replant treepits in your area. I applied in october and now they finaly got back to me. Now i have an additional 9 squaremetre planting space. Obviously vegetables aren’t really an option so I’ll use it to plant lots of flowers for pollinaters and other critters :D I’m so exited!!! The plan for now is to wait until the ground thaws a little to put in all the bulbs i couldn’t plant back in autumn. Hopefully they’ll still have enough time to develope and bloom.
TREE PIT
Charley checks out a tree pit, home to one of the city's 592,130 street trees. There are 5.2 million trees in New York City and more are being planted as part of MillionTreesNYC. Every spring, Charley helps plant flowers in the tree pits on his block and helps with their care throughout the year. Upper West Side, Manhattan, NYC
