Petrified Wood is the name given to a special type of fossilised remains of terrestrial vegetation. It is the result of a tree or tree-like plants having completely transitioned to stone by the process of permineralisation.

Petrified Wood is a variety or type of Chalcedony, which is a variety of Quartz.

I just itched my face and smelled my fingers (I do not know why okay)

And my fingers smelled of leaves.

So I did it again..

and they smelled even stronger of leaves.

Am I a tree, or..

...but I am kind of in love with it anyway.  It looks super fragile and precarious, though.  Still...
