In moist microclimates of the Ethiopian Highland forests were wonderful groups of Cyathea manniana (sheshino, spiky tree fern). The stems of this fern are preferred by local communities for house and fencing construction as they are resistant to termites and decay. The fronds have been used for medicinal treatments. The cylinder in the larger tree is a beehive, the local honey is delicious.

Inching Closer...

Each day we are inching closer and closer to being in business. 

Last week we sold our first bottle of Treehive™ Brand Syrup! This week all the raw materials were bought and delivered in order for us to process our first batch of 20 bottles. These will be sent to interested food/health bloggers, friends, family and interested investors.

We hope to have our Kickstarter campaign live within 30 days.
