I sprained my guts recently so I going to have to take yo easy on the back bending 😭😭 I guess the universe is shifting my focus to balance and hips😫 fine. Anyhow if you crack and egg underwater ( like deep calm water) it will be very hard to crack because of water pressure and also it will basically all stay together and just sort of float mid water.
