But plant the right seeds, take care of them, and one day, you’ll have shade. 🌳 Me: What if I just buy a really big tree now? History: That’s called chasing trends. And that’s how people go broke.

me when the boy who is a part of me but also not me cuts me out of the tree that possessed me, and he saves me, he carries me when i cannot walk (because i was stuck in a tree for ages. leg cramp.) and i wake up and he isn’t there and i feel empty and alone

I think this winter is gonna' be rough.

The maple trees have almost as many seed pods on them as leaves, the pine trees are weighed down with more and larger pinecones than I've ever seen, and our little crappy apple tree that blooms its dumb ass in October or April and has never made more than three apples in a year has managed to produce something in the neighborhood of twenty terrible crabbish bitter fruits.
