“You can't trust the Sylvari."
"They belong to the dragon now.”
Was pretty much all that could be heard across Tyria ever since word about the dragon's corruption got out. And boy did it spread like wildfire. It wasn't long before his own kind was shunned wherever they went, be it a corrupted Sylvari or no. It didn't matter. If they weren't, they could very well turn at any moment. Or so everyone had believed.
Wasn't the case for Tayiren however. He knew what was up and where he stood. And hell if he wasn't ready to slit whoever would come across him's throat in the name of the dragon, were it needed.
Too bad that wasn't how things went if someone got himself vastly outnumbered and without much of a way out. Wandering too close to Charr lands did eventually prove to be his downfall and with looking as if the dragon's corruption had already gone too far, he didn't seem like he would be getting out of it as easily as he would want to.
Greatsword in both hands, grip as tight as it could be, Tay narrowed his eyes, glancing around at the group of Charr that had surrounded him. Hell if he was going down without a fight. Considering taking out would be the first thing they would do, as he'd figured that it would be what would happen.
"Make your move already, you oversized balls of fur! I can take on all of you, try me-!"
